Square sync
Your Square sales, in by themselves.
Connect Square during setup and Quokka brings in every completed sale each night: items, sizes and extras like oat milk or an extra shot. Stock use, recipe margins and your weekly profit all work from those sales, so there's nothing to export or type.
How it works
Read-only access
Quokka asks Square to read sales, items and your business name. It can't take payments, change prices or touch anything in your Square account.
One cafe per location
Each Square location shows with its address. Pick which of your cafes it is and its sales land in the right place.
Refunds caught
Every night the last few days are checked again, so a late refund is counted and nothing is counted twice. Sync now brings in today's sales so far.
Your menu, matched
Square items, sizes and modifiers are matched to your recipes once and remembered. New options from the till can be added in a tap.
Your history too
Choose how far back to start, up to twelve weeks, so your trends and averages are ready on day one.
Other tills welcome
Not on Square? Upload a sales export from SumUp, Zettle, Lightspeed or Epos Now. Columns are matched once and remembered.
Questions
- Does Quokka work with Square?
- Yes. Connect Square from setup or Settings, choose which cafe each Square location is, and sales come in every night by themselves.
- Can Quokka change anything in my Square account?
- No. It only has read access to sales, items and your business name, and you can disconnect at any time from Quokka or your Square dashboard.
- What if I use a different till?
- Export your sales as a file and drop it in. Quokka matches the columns once and remembers them for next time.
