Pricing questions
- How much does Quokka cost?
- £39 per site per month. Every feature is included, and there's no setup fee, no hardware and no contract. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. 30 days free with no card needed. If it hasn't found more than it costs by then, don't carry on.
- What counts as a site?
- Each cafe or location you run in Quokka. Two cafes are £78 per month. Staff logins are included, and you can keep staff to the sites they work at.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
- No. It's monthly, and you can cancel any time from Settings. Your data can be exported whenever you like.
- Do I need a new till or card reader?
- No. Quokka works alongside the till you already have. Square connects directly; SumUp, Zettle, Lightspeed and others work by dropping in a sales export.
- Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?
- No. One plan keeps it simple: the features that save the most, like invoice checks and price what-ifs, are the ones a cut-down plan would leave out.
